RECOMMENDATION:

Texas Patriots PAC is pleased to recommend Echo Hutson for Judge, County Court at Law, No. 4.

ECHO HUTSON

Echo Hutson is a stellar prosecutor on the Montgomery County District Attorney’s staff. As the Domestic Violence Chief, she helped establish the Domestic Violence policies and procedures that make this court one of the best in the nation on the issue. Ms. Hutson has dedicated her professional and legal career to protecting Montgomery County citizens and victims of domestic violence through the development and implementation of specialized Domestic Violence dockets in both misdemeanor and felony courts. Her judicial philosophy is textualist. Echo subscribes to the precepts set forth in the Texas Code of Fair Campaign Practices and the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct.

Given her background and familiarity with what it takes to competently and efficiently run a court docket as a Chief Prosecutor, Echo Hutson is uniquely qualified to successfully manage the ever-increasing number of criminal cases that are filed in Montgomery County’s criminal dockets.
